Blastimeros 1 (Vlastimir) was the son of Prosegoes 1, whom he succeeded as ruler of Serbia: Const. Porph., DAI 32, 35ff. He was involved in a war with the Bulgars under their ruler Presiam 1: Const. Porph., DAI 32, 39ff. He had three sons, Mountimeros 1, Stroimeros 1 and Goinikos 1, who succeeded him and divided Serbia among themselves: Const. Porph., DAI 32, 42ff. He also had a daughter (Anonyma 102) whom he married to Krainas 1, the son of the zupan of Terbounia (Trebinje); he gave Krainas the title of archon (ἄρχων) and made him independent (ποιήσας αὐτὸν αὐτεξούσιον): Const.Porph., DAI 34, 6ff.
