Theodosios 43 was hegoumenos of the monastery of Stoudios at Constantinople during the absence of Nikolaos 26; he succeeded Achillas 1, apparently in 863, and died one year later; he was succeeded by Eugenios 6: Vita Nic. Stud. 912B (ὃν sc. Achillas 1 τῆς ἀρχῆς διαδεξάμενος Θεοδόσιος).
