Rotcari 1 was a Lombard leader, he was stationed at Bononia with Walcari 1 and Peredeo 1 when they were attacked by a Roman force led by Agatho 8; they overwhelmed the Romans, killing many and routing the rest: Paul. Diac., Hist. Lang. VI 54.
