Petros 73 was comes; owner of property near the Via Ardeatina, part of the massa Aratiana, which he sold to pope Hadrian I (Hadrianos 1) and which thereafter formed part of the domusculta of St Hedistus: Lib. Pont. 97. 63 ("a Petro comite"). See also Leoninos 2, Agnes 1 and Theodote 3; pope Hadrianos 1 acquired one quarter ("tres uncias") of the estate by bequest from Leoninos 2 and one half ("alias sex uncias") by purchase from Petros 73, Agnes 1 and Theodote 3.
