Agnes 1 was widow of Agatho 7; she owned part of the massa Aratiana near the Via Ardeatina, which she sold to pope Hadrian I (Hadrianos 1); he incorporated it into the domusculta of St Hedistus: Lib. Pont. 97. 63 ("a Petro comite seu Agnite, relicta quondam Agathoni scriniarii"). See also Petros 73, Leoninos 2 and Theodote 3; the pope bought half ("alias sex uncias") of the massa from Petros 73, Agnes 1 and Theodote 3, and a quarter ("tres uncias") was bequeathed by Leoninos 2.
