Kyriakos 13 was apo hypaton and genikos logothetes of the apotheke of Cilicia; owner of a seal dated to the tenth indiction in the reign of the emperor Leontios (i.e. 696/697): Likhachev, Nekotorie, p. 519, no. 3 = Likhachev, Datirovannye, p. 180, no. 11. The name and titles read: Κυριακοῦ ἀπὸ ὑπάτων καὶ γενικοῦ λογοθέτου ἀποθήκης Κιλικίας. Cf. Kyriakos 4, Kyriakos 9 and Kyriakos 12.
