Kyriakos 12 was a Apo hypaton and genikos logothetes of the apotheke of Phrygia Kapatiane (sic) and Lydia; owner of a seal dateable to a tenth indiction under the emperor Leontios (Leontios 2), i.e. 696/697: DOSeals III 24.6 = Zacos and Veglery 195. Obv.: image of the emperor Leontios 2, with the indiction date ten and the legend: ..ριακου απο υπα.... Rev.: ...- κου λογ - θετου απ - θηκης Κα - ατιανης - Λυδιας. The name and titles read: Κυριακοῦ ἀπὸ ὑπάτων καὶ γενικοῦ λογοθέτου ἀποθήκης Καπατιανῆς καὶ Λυδίας.
