Ioustinos 3 was bishop of Karalis (in Sardinia); he was one of three bishops who, after the end of the Lateran Council of 649, subscribed the definition of the faith agreed at its fifth and final session; the two others were Malliodoros 1 and Ioannes 482: Conc. Lat., p. 402, line 16 (Ἰουστινιανὸς ἐπίσκοπος Καράλλεως), p. 403, line 14 ("Iustinus episcopus sanctae Caralitane ecclesiae insule Sardin<i>ae"). The bishop of Karalis at the Council was Deusdedit 4, who subscribed the definition of the faith; Deusdedit 4 presumably died soon after the Council and his successor Ioustinos 3 signed also.
