Ioannes 482 was bishop of Milan; he was one of three bishops who, after the end of the Lateran Council of 649, subscribed the definition of the faith agreed at its fifth and final session; the two others were Malliodoros 1 and Ioustinos 3: Conc. Lat., p. 402, line 3 (Ἰωάννης ἐπίσκοπος Μεδουλιανῶν), p. 403, line 3 ("Iohannis episcopus sanctae Mediolanensis ecclesiae").
