Georgios 128 was a priest (at Rome); on 15 November 753 he was in the retinue of pope Stephen III (II) (Stephanos 8) when the pope left Ticinum (Pavia) for Francia; Georgios 128 had presumably accompanied the pope since his departure from Rome on 14 October: Lib. Pont. 94. 23 ("Georgium et Stephanum presbiteros"). Cf. Leo 112, Philippos 10 and Stephanos 82.
