Basilios 119 was oikonomos of Antonios 30 (the hegoumenos of the monastery of Elaiobomoi); with Antonios 30 he visited the hermit Ioannikios 2 on Mt Trichalix (on Mt Olympus in Bithynia, not far from Prousa) for prayers; they discussed the bishop of Nikaia Inger 2, and Ioannikios 2 foretold his imminent death; Basilios 119 agreed to convey this message to Inger 2 and urge him to abandon iconoclasm and to leave his see in order to make his peace with God; he carried out the mission but Inger 2 refused and shortly afterwards he died, as foretold: Sabas, Vita Ioannicii 30, Petrus, Vita Ioannicii 38. Both sources call him οἰκονόμος αὐτοῦ, i.e.. of Antonios 30.
