Anonyma 83 was a patrikia; she was the wife of Basilios 132 and mother of his sons and daughters, among whom was Ioannes 466; the piety of the family was praised by Theodore the Stoudite (Theodoros 15) in a letter written to Basilios 132 after the death of Ioannes 466 and after they had all greeted a Stoudite monk not only with bowed heads but also on bended knees; she is referred to as τὴν κυρίαν καὶ ἐμοὶ σεβασμίαν πατρικίαν: Theod. Stud., Ep. 398 (a. 815/E 819).
