Tiberios 11 was bishop of Ariminum; represented at the Council of Rome in 769 by the priest Sabatius (Sabatios 1): Lib. Pont. 96. 17 ("Sabatius presbiter, locum praestante Tiberii, episcopo civitate Ariminensi"). They are named thirty seventh in the list of bishops from Italy.
