Sabatios 1 was a priest (of Ariminum); he attended the Council of Rome in 769 when he represented the bishop of Ariminum, Tiberios 11: Lib. Pont. 96. 17 ("Sabatios presbiter, locum praestante Tiberii, episcopi civitate Ariminensi"). They are named thirty-seventh in the list of bishops from Italy.
