Theophylaktos 34 was a droungarios of Chalkis (in Thrace); owner of a seal dateable to the ninth century: DOSeals I 48.1 = Zacos and Veglery 2587. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Κύριε or Θεοτόκε βοήθει, with τω - [σω] - δου - λω in the corners. Rev.: ..... - κτω δ - .ουγγαρι - ω Χαλκι - δος. The name and title read: Θεοφυλάκτῳ δρουγγαρίῳ Χαλκίδος. Identical with Anonymus 511.
