Droungarios of Chalcis; owner of a seal dateable to the ninth century; the name on the seal ends with the letters κτος (or perhaps κιος): Zacos and Veglery 2587. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει, with .ω - .ω - δου - λω in the corners. Rev.: .... - ..τω δ - [ρ]ουγγαρι - ω Ξηαλκι - δος. The name and title read: . τῳ δρουγγαρίῳ Χαλκίδος.
