Theodosios 75 was a priest from Gangra and was the addressee of a letter from Anastasios apokrisiarios (Anastasios 66), who described him as his spiritual father and teacher: Anastasius apocrisiarius, Epistula (in Anal. Boll. 73 (1955), pp. 9-16). He was a colleague of Theodore Spoudaios (Theodoros 343) and with him visited Lazike in 668 where they received from the hegoumenos Gregorios 148 a letter and other documents written in exile by Anastasios 66 describing the sufferings of himself and Maximus the Confessor (Maximos 10): Theod. Spoud., Hypomnesticum (Gk), 6, pp. 75-76, Hypomnesticum (Lat), VII, 199.
