Theodosios 71 was a basilikos spatharios and domestikos of the Optimatoi; owner of seals dateable to the ninth century: DOSeals III 71.14a and b (a = Zacos and Veglery 2477). Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει with τω - σω - δου - λω in the corners. Rev.: Θεοδο - .ιω β' σπα' - . δομ' τω - . Οπτιμ.. The name and titles read: Θεοδοσίῳ βασιλικῷ σπαθαρίῳ καὶ δομεστίκῳ τῶν Ὀπτιμάτων. Cf. also Theodoros 313.
