Theodoros 313 was a basilikos spatharios and domestikos of the Optimatoi; owner of a seal dateable to the ninth century: DOSeals III 71.16 = Zacos and Veglery 2457. Obv.: cruciform monogram of uncertain type, with the letters λω legible in the lower right corner. Rev.: .... - ..ρω β - .α' και δομ - στ' τ' Οπ - ..... The name and titles read: ....ρῳ βασιλικῷ σπαθαρίῳ καὶ δομεστίκῳ τῶν Ὀπτιμάτων. The name was probably Theodoros. Cf. also Theodosios 71.
