Theodoros 239 was bishop of Christoupolis-Psibela; owner of a seal dateable to the late seventh century or the early eighth: Zacos and Veglery 2971. The name and title read: Θεόδωρος ἐπίσκοπος Χριστουπόλεως Ψιβιλῶν. On the see, cf. K. Belke, Galatien und Lykaonien, Tabula Imperii Byzantini 4, Denkschriften Österreichische Akademie der Wissenschaften, phil.-hist. Klasse 172 (Vienna, 1984), p. 217, suggesting that the official name of the see of Psibela in the early eighth century was Christoupolis. For Psibela, in Lykaonia, see Theodosios 6.
