Theodosios 6 was bishop of Psibela in Lycaonia; in 681 he attended the Third Council of Constantinople (the Sixth Ecumenical Council) and was present at the last eight sessions (sessions eleven to eighteen, from 20 March to 16 September): Riedinger, pp. 406-829 (= Mansi XI 460-680). In the subscriptions to the statement of the faith, which condemned monotheletism, and to the Council, he is styled Θεοδόσιος ἐλάχιστος (so Riedinger, p. 794, line 29 (= Mansi XI 653); Riedinger, p. 829, line 3 (= Mansi XI 680) reads: ἐλέει Θεοῦ) ἐπίσκοπος πόλεως Ψιβήλων τῆς Λυκαονίας (so Riedinger, p. 794, line 29 (= Mansi XI 653); Riedinger, p. 829, line 3 (= Mansi XI 680) reads: πόλεως Ψιβήλων τῆς Λυκαόνων ἐπαρχίας): Riedinger, p. 794, line 29, p. 829, line 3 (= Mansi XI 653, 680). The old Latin versions call his see "Psibelensium Lycaoniae regionis" at Riedinger, p. 795, line 31 (= Mansi XI 654) and "Psibelorum Lycaoniae civitatis" available only in the Mansi edition at XI 679. In the lists of those attending each session he is styled Θεοδοσίου ἐπισκόπου Ψιβίλων: Riedinger, p. 406, line 27, p. 520, line 16, etc. (= Mansi XI 460, 521, etc.). Presumably identical with Theodosios 10.
