Theodoros 58 was bishop of Amisos in Helenopontos (cf. below); in 692 he attended the Quinisext Council in Constantinople and signed the canons: Ohme, Bischofsliste, p. 158, no. 115 (= Mansi XI 997) (Θεόδωρος ἀνάξιος ἐπίσκοπος πόλεως Ἀμασέων τῆς Ἑλενοποντίων ἐπαρχίας).

His signature is in a group with bishops from Armenia and Helenopontos and the province was certainly Helenopontos, not Hellespontos. In 692 the bishop of Amaseia, the metropolis of Helenopontos, was Ioannes 44 (Ohme, Bischofsliste, p. 147; his see is identified as the metropolis). The see of Theodoros is probably Amisos; not only is this in Helenopontos, but its bishop is otherwise absent from the list of signatures to the Quinisext Council.
