Theodoros 24 was a priest of Ravenna; he represented the bishop of Ravenna, Theodoros 21, at the Third Council of Constantinople (the Sixth Ecumenical Council) in 680 and 681; he attended all eighteen sessions of the council: Riedinger, pp. 16-822 (= Mansi XI 209-669). He was sent to the Council by pope Agatho 1: Riedinger, p. 56, lines 10-11, p. 895, line 33 (= Mansi XI 236, 716), Lib. Pont. 81. 3 ("Theodorum presbyterum Ravennatem"). In the lists of those attending each session he is styled Θεοδώρου τοῦ εὐλαβεστάτου πρεσβυτέρου καὶ τοποτηρητοῦ of Theodoros 21: Riedinger, p. 16, lines 18-19, p. 28, lines 22-23, etc. (= Mansi XI 209, 217, etc.). In the list of subscriptions to the statement of the faith, condemning monotheletism, he is styled Θεόδωρος ἐλάχιστος πρεσβύτερος καὶ τὸν τόπον ἐπέχων: Riedinger, p. 778, lines 21-22 (= Mansi XI 641). In the subscriptions to the Council he is styled Θεόδωρος πρεσβύτερος τῆς ἁγιωτάτης ἐκκλησίας Ῥαβέννης καὶ τὸν τόπον ἐπέχων of Theodoros: Riedinger, p. 822, lines 26-27, cf. p. 891, lines 14-15 (= Mansi XI 669, cf. 688). He was among those who signed the copy of the definition of the faith sent after the Council to the bishop of Rome, Agatho 1: Riedinger, p. 891, lines 14-15 (= Mansi XI 688).
