Stephanos 161 was the son of Demetrios 40 and owner of two seals dateable to the seventh century: Zacos and Veglery 1017a (the names read: Στεφάνῳ υἱῷ Δημητρίου), 1017b (the text reads: Θεοτόκε βοήθει τοῦ δούλου σου Στεφάνου υἱοῦ Δημητρίου).
