Stephanos 128 was patrikios and magistros; his wife, Anonyma 58, was miraculously cured by St Ioannikios 2 after allegedly being poisoned by her attendants: Sabas, Vita Ioannicii 35 (γυνὴ γάρ τις τοῦ πατρικίου καὶ μαγίστρου Στεφάνου), Petrus, Vita Ioannicii 63 (ἡ γυνὴ Στεφάνου τοῦ ποτε γεγονότος μαγίστρου). Ioannikios 2 was living near the monastery of Antidios at the time; the date was probably late in the reign of the emperor Michael II (Michael 10) or soon afterwards; see Ioannikios 2. Possibly identical with Anonymus 561. Cf. Stephanos 136.
