Scholastikios 4 was koubikoularios and sakellarios; owner of a seal dateable between the mid seventh century and the mid eighth (Zacos and Veglery), or to the eighth century (Laurent): Zacos and Veglery 1678 = Laurent, Corpus II 742. The name is in the form of a monogram, which Laurent read as Σχολαστίκῳ while Zacos and Veglery did not offer a solution. The name should perhaps be read as Σχολαστικίῳ (which seems to be the more usual form of the name), and the name and titles therefore read: Σχολαστικίῳ κουβικουλαρίῳ καὶ σακελλαρίῳ. He is possibly identical with Scholastikios 1.
