A deacon, Philippos 7 asked Niketas 43 of Medikion to pray for an official, Zacharias 12, who had been captured in Thrace; the date was in 815, after Niketas 43 had been sent to exile on the island of Glykeria (Zacharias 12 was released after the peace treaty between the Bulgars and Byzantines in late 815/early 816): Vita Nicetae Medicii 44-45.
