Petros 35 was one of the disciples of Peter of Atroa (Petros 34), supposedly endowed with the gift of prophecy; he subsequently became a bishop; once he accompanied Petros 34 with Barnabas 1 on a visit to an ailing dignitary (Bardas 12): Vita Petr. Atr. 52, p. 171 (Πέτρον τινὰ διορατικώτατον μαθητὴν αὐτοῦ, ὃς καὶ ἠξιώθη, καιροῦ καλοῦντος, γενέσθαι ἐπίσκοπος).
