Pasarion 1 was a Stoudite monk; addressee of a letter from Theodore the Stoudite (Theodoros 15) written between 815 and 818; during the persecution he had briefly deserted the iconophile cause but soon returned and was currently living with Naukratios 1; he is addressed as τέκνον μου ἀγαπητόν (p. 289, line 9): Theod. Stud., Ep. 167, pp. 288-289 (addressed Πασαρίωνι τέκνῳ).
