Nikephoros 37 was basilikos protospatharios, epi ton oikeiakon (and another title, which is lost); owner of a seal of uncertain date, possibly ninth or tenth century: Konstantopoulos, JIAN 9, 437d. The name and titles read: His titulature seems to have been partly lost from the seal. This man is perhaps not the same as Nikephoros 36, as their seals were different.
