Nikephoros 36 basilikos protospatharios (perhaps) and epi ton oikeiakon; owner of a seal dateable to the ninth or tenth century: Konstantopoulos, JIAN 6, 438. The name and titles read: Νικηφόρῳ βασιλικῷ <πρωτο>σπαθαρίῳ ἐ[ πὶ] τῶν οἰκι[ακῶν]. The reading πρωτοσπαθαρίῳ is apparently uncertain.
