Leo 207 was a patrikios and genikos logothetes; owner of a seal dateable to the second half of the eighth century: Zacos and Veglery 2129 = Laurent, Corpus II, no. 295. The name and titles read: Λέοντι πατρικίῳ καὶ γενικῷ λογοθέτῃ. Possibly identical with Leo 191.
