Leo 191 was a hypatos and genikos logothetes; owner of seals dateable to the eighth century: Zacos and Veglery 2116 = Laurent, Corpus II, nos. 294A and B. The name and titles read: Λέοντι ὑπάτῳ καὶ γενικῷ λογοθέτῃ. Possibly identical with Leo 207.
