Kosmas 18 was a hypatos and dioiketes of Sicily; owner of a seal dateable to the ninth century: DOSeals I 5.1 = Zacos and Veglery 2082. Obv.: Θεοτόκε βοήθει τῷ δού[λῳ] σου. Rev.: Κοσμᾷ ὑπάτ(ῳ) [(καὶ) δ]ιυκητ(ῇ) [Σ]ικελί(ας). Possibly identical with Kosmas 45.
