Konstantinos 266 was a spatharios and asekretis and was the addressee of a letter from the patriarch Photius (Photios 1), written between 859 and 886; the letter is theological in content, answering a query from Konstantinos 266: Photius, Ep. 211 (II 112-115 Laourdas-Westerink; addressed Κωνσταντίνῳ σπαθαρίῳ καὶ ἀσηκρῆτις).
