Konstantinos 149 was basilikos protospatharios and eparchos of the Polis; owner of a seal dateable to the eighth or ninth century, possibly the ninth: Laurent, Corpus II, no. 1003 (IXth century) = Konstantopoulos, JIAN 5, 16 (VIII/IX).

Possibly identical with Konstantinos patrikios, basilikos protospatharios and eparchos of the Polis, who owned a seal dateable to the early or mid ninth century: Seyrig 13. The name and title read: Κωνσταντίνῳ πατρικίῳ, βασιλικῷ πρωτοσπαθαρίῳ καὶ ἐπάρχῳ Πόλεως.
