Ioulianos 3 was bishop of Katana in Sicily; he was one of the hundred and twenty-five Western bishops who attended the Council of Rome at Easter 680, and who subscribed the decree condemning monotheletism: Riedinger II 2. 146, lines 28-30 (= Mansi XI 305-306) (Ἰουλιανὸς ἐλάχιστος ἐπίσκοπος τῆς ἁγίας ἐκκλησίας Κατάνης τῆς ἐν Σικελίᾳ; the old Latin version printed in Riedinger II 2. 147, line 23, calls his see "sanctae ecclesiae Catanensis prouinciae Siciliae"). His immediate predecessor was probably Georgios 104 (attested in 679).
