Ioannes 370 was koubikoularios of the theosteptos despoina; owner of two seals dateable to the first half of the eighth century; according to Zacos and Veglery, the unnamed empress is Maria 3, the wife of the emperor Leo III (Leo 3): Zacos and Veglery 1161 (E VIII), 1507 (E/M VIII). The name and title read: Ἰωάννου κουβικουλαρίου τῆς θεοστέπτου δεσποίνης.
