Ioannes 75 was a priest of the Church of Anemourion (in Isauria); in 692 he attended the Quinisext Council in Constantinople as representative of his bishop Mamas 2 and signed the canons for him: Ohme, Bischofsliste, p. 164, no. 180 (= Mansi XI 1001) (Ἰωάννης πρεσβύτερος τῆς ἁγίας τοῦ Θεοῦ ἐκκλησίας πόλεως τοῦ Ἀνεμουρίου καὶ τὸν τόπον ἀποπληρῶν Μάμαντος τοῦ ἁγιωτάτου μου ἐπισκόπου).
