Helene 2 was wife of the patrikios Manouel (Manouel 7); she fell gravely ill and was expected to die, but was miraculously cured by Nicolas the Stoudite (Nikolaos 26): Vita Nic. Stud. 916B-C. The date was probably 867, the same time as Eudokia 2, the wife of Basil I (Basilios 7), was miraculously cured also.
