Gregorios 55 was patrikios, basilikos protospatharios and strategos of Thrace; owner of seals dateable to the ninth or tenth century: DOSeals I 71.26a and b. The two specimens are from the same boulloterion. Possibly identical with Gregorios 54 (owner of a different seal). Another seal, DOSeals I 71.27, dateable to the tenth century, belonged to a Gregorios who was basilikos protospatharios and strategos of Thrace.
