Arsaber 11 was a patrikios and strategos of the Thrakesianoi; owner of two seals dateable to the eighth century: DOSeals III 1.2 = Zacos and Veglery 753, Hermitage, M-1751 (cf. DOSeals III, loc. cit., note). -+. The name and titles read: For the correct reading of the last word, see DOSeals III, loc. cit., note, referring to the seal in the Hermitage. This man is presumably identical with Arsaber 9 and Arsaber 10. Arsaber 11's name suggests that he was of Armenian descent.
