Arsaber 10 was a patrikios and strategos; owner of a seal dateable to the eighth century: Zacos and Veglery 752. Obv.: Αγια Τρ. - .ς βοη. - . τω δο. - λω σο.. Rev.: Αρσα. - ηρ πα... - κιω και ς. - ρατιγω. The name and titles read: Ἀρσαβὴρ πατρικίῳ καὶ στρατηγῷ. This man is presumably identical with Arsaber 9 and Arsaber 11. Arsaber 10's name suggests that he was of Armenian descent.
