Antiochos 3 was lector and notarios of the patriarch of Constantinople: Riedinger, p. 32, line 12, p. 34, line 12, p. 40, line 16, p. 168, line 9, p. 176, line 16, p. 500, lines 9, 22, p. 524, line 23, p. 526, lines 7, 20, p. 562, lines 13, 19, p. 588, line 3, p. 676, line 8 (= Mansi XI 220, 221, 225, 320, 325, 512-513, 524, 545, 560, 608) (Ἀντίοχος ὁ εὐλαβέστατος ἀναγνώστης καὶ νοτάριος τοῦ ἁγιωτάτου πατριάρχου Κωνσταντινουπόλεως or similar). At the second session of the Third Council of Constantinople (the Sixth Ecumenical Council) on 10 November 680, he read out the two volumes of the Acts of the Council of Chalcedon: Riedinger, pp. 32-34 (= Mansi XI 220-221). At the third session, on 13 November, he read out the first volume of the Acts of the Fifth Ecumenical Council: Riedinger, p. 40 (= Mansi XI 225). At the fifth session, on 7 December, he read out to the Council the two volumes of evidence from the Fathers produced by Makarios 1 to support the Monothelete doctrine: Riedinger, p. 168 (= Mansi XI 320-321). At the sixth session, on 12 February 681, he read out a third volume of evidence from the Fathers produced by Makarios 1: Riedinger, p. 176 (= Mansi XI 325). At the eleventh session (20 March 681) he read out from documents written by Makarios 1 and Stephanos 17 and produced before the Council for examination: Riedinger, p. 500 (= Mansi XI 512-513). He again read out documents at the twelfth session (22 March), this time various texts which Makarios 1 had sent to the emperor: Riedinger, pp. 524-562 (= Mansi XI 524-545). At the thirteenth session (28 March) he read out documents written by Kyros of Alexandria (Kyros 2), Theodoros of Pharan, and the patriarchs Pyrrhos 1, Paulos 2 and Petros 2: Riedinger, p. 588 (he is here identified as one of those who were taking down (in shorthand) the proceedings - οἱ ἡμᾶς ὑπεκλαμβάνοντες), p. 602, pp. 606-608 (= Mansi XI 560, 568, 572). During the fifteenth session (26 April) he read out to the Council a statement prepared by the monothelete monk and priest, Polychronios 3: Riedinger, p. 676 (= Mansi XI 608).
