Anonymus 767 was the owner of a property which he bequeathed to his widow (Anonyma 105) and their children and which the bishop of Caria, Nikephoros 70, then planned to transfer to Anonymus 766, apparently in contravention of the terms of a marriage contract made with an unnamed strator, Anonymus 765; he is described as the σύντεκνον ("co-parent") of Nikephoros 70; Ignatius the Deacon (Ignatios 9) wrote a letter to Nikephoros 70 about the affair: Ignatius Diac., Ep. 19.
