Anonymus 741 was an envoy of the Bulgars to the emperor Constantine V (Konstantinos 7) in 774; a boyar (βοϊλᾶν), he and Tzigatos 1 negotiated peace with the Romans: Theoph. AM 6265 (ἀπέστειλαν βοϊλᾶν καὶ Τζιγάτον, αἰτούμενοι εἰρήνην γενέσθαι). He was a Bulgar.
