Anonymus 513 was a hypatos and chartoularios of the basilika ktemata; owner of a seal dateable to the ninth century; most of his name is lost but it ended in the dative with the letters (perhaps Andreas or Thomas): Zacos and Veglery 2593. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει, with .. - .. - δου - λω in the corners. Rev.: ..... - .α υπ' και χα. - .ουλ' των β - κτημα'. The name and titles read: ...ᾳ ὑπάτῳ καὶ χαρτουλαρίῳ τῶν βασιλικῶν κτημάτων. For a similar seal, cf. Anonymus 166.
