Anonymus 453 was a basilikos strator and domestikos of the Optimatoi; owner of a seal dateable to the eighth century; most of his name is missing, but it ended with the letters ορος: Zacos and Veglery 2669A. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει, with .. - σω - .ου - λω in the corners. Rev.: ..... - ορω β' ς - τρα' και δο. - εστ' τω. - οπτι'. The name and titles read: ...ορῳ βασιλικῷ στράτορι καὶ δομεστίκῳ τῶν Ὀπτιμάτων. Possible names are Christophoros and Nikephoros. On the titles, cf. also Anonymus 149.
