Anonymus 445 was a chartoularios of the basilikon sakellion; owner of a seal dateable to the eighth century, or possibly the turn of the eighth and ninth; his name is missing: Zacos and Veglery 2579 (VIIIth century) = Laurent, Corpus II 785 (L VIII/E IX). Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει, with .ω - ς. - δου - λω in the corners. Rev.: .... - .χαρτουλ. - ρ' του βα' σα - κελλιου. His title reads: ... χαρτουλαρίῳ τοῦ βασιλικοῦ σακελλίου. Zacos and Veglery compare this seal with Schlumberger, Sig., p. 580, n. 2; see Anonymus 169 (owner of a similar seal, and perhaps the same person).
