Anonymus 428 was a despotes (probably meaning a bishop); his mother's name was Droso (Droso 1) and she was the owner of a seal dateable between the mid seventh century and the mid eighth: Zacos and Veglery 2841. Obv.: standing eagle with wings raised, between the wings a cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει. Rev.: Δροσω - μητρη τ - ου δεσπ - οτου. The text reads: Δρόσῳ μητρὶ τοῦ δεσπότου.
